Ricky Panesar, who started the repair business iCorrect, thinks the fix will sit around $1,155. To give some perspective, fixing the display on the current Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 costs less money, coming in around $772.
Panesar notes that since the iPhone maker is buying screen parts from Samsung Display, it will naturally charge a higher rate for repairs. The repair shop owner believes the company will set record-high prices for fixing this specific hardware.
