Good discussion. One thing you didn’t discuss is the product name. Seems to me that Apple will want to distinguish Intel-based Macs from Apple-based Macs. That would mean that a new laptop would not be a MacBook. It might be an AppleBook. And a similar name change for desktop systems. We’ll know soon.
