Apple has released tvOS 27.2 public beta 3 for Apple TV owners enrolled in the Apple Beta Software Program. The update uses build 24K5103f, matching the third developer beta that became available on October 5.
Apple lists the build in its official developer release feed. Its separate tvOS 27.2 beta 3 notes do not identify a new viewer-facing feature in this seed. The public release follows the broader developer beta rollout reported yesterday.
The changes Apple documents are aimed at developers testing purchases with StoreKit in Xcode. Beta 3 fixes three testing problems involving introductory-offer eligibility, storefront or locale updates, and unwanted error dialogs. Apple still lists a subscription-bundle testing issue, but the notes do not describe it as a problem with ordinary App Store purchases on Apple TV.

How to update an enrolled Apple TV
Open Settings on Apple TV, choose System, then Software Updates. Make sure the public beta option is enabled, then select Update Software. The device may also download the build automatically if automatic updates and beta updates are already turned on.
Beta software can still introduce streaming, app, or accessory problems even when the release notes are short. Apple’s program FAQ says Apple TV data and purchases are stored in the cloud, so no device backup is required before enrolling. Readers can compare this seed with our tvOS 27.2 beta 2 coverage and the previously spotted HomePod surround-sound option. Problems can be reported through Feedback Assistant on an enrolled iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
