AirPods 5 cost AED 539 in the UAE and AirPods 5 with Wireless Charging Case cost AED 629, according to Apple’s UAE newsroom release, with pre-orders open since September 9 and stock on Friday, September 18. Singapore is less clear cut: the pricing section of Apple’s Singapore release says S$199 and S$219, while the opening paragraph of the same page says S$129 and S$199.
Apple’s Singapore page therefore contradicts itself, so we publish both sets of figures below rather than quietly pick one. Singapore also has a later pre-order date than anywhere else, Friday, September 11, per the same release. Saudi Arabia is not covered here because we could not confirm an Apple price for it.

AirPods 5 price in the UAE
Apple’s UAE release is unambiguous: AED 539 for the standard model and AED 629 for the Wireless Charging Case model, a step of AED 90. Proportionally that is a larger jump than the $20 between $129 and $149 in the US.

AirPods 5 price in Singapore, and the discrepancy on Apple’s page
Apple’s Singapore newsroom release states two different sets of prices. Its Pricing and Availability section, the part of an Apple release that normally carries the official figures, says AirPods 5 are S$199 and AirPods 5 with Wireless Charging Case are S$219. The introductory paragraph of the same page says S$129 and S$199.

We cannot tell from the page which pair is correct. The S$199 and S$219 figures sit in the section Apple reserves for confirmed prices and reproduce the S$20 gap the US uses. The S$129 figure matches the American dollar price digit for digit, which is a common copy error in localised releases, but we have no confirmation either way. Treat both as provisional and check what Apple’s Store charges at checkout.
One Singapore detail is not in doubt. The release says pre-orders begin on Friday, September 11, rather than September 9, with availability on September 18 as elsewhere.
What the extra money buys in either country
Apple’s press release quotes up to 5 hours with noise cancellation on and up to 22 hours with the case. Apple’s tech specs page assigns those two figures to the Wireless Charging Case model and rates the standard model at up to 4 hours and up to 20 hours, so the more expensive model buys battery life as well as a better case.

The Apple Watch Series 12 shares the AirPods’ September 18 in-store date in both countries. iPhone 18 Pro takes pre-orders on September 12 and is eSIM-only in the UAE, per Apple’s press release, while iPhone Duo pre-orders open in Singapore at 8 pm SGT on October 16.
