Apple India’s Ways to Buy page advertises instant cashback of up to ₹15,000 on eligible cards. That is a store-wide ceiling across everything Apple India sells, and the figure recorded for the iPhone 18 Pro launch offer specifically is up to ₹7,000.
The distinction is worth getting right before Saturday, because the two numbers sit on different Apple pages and are often quoted as if they were the same offer. Nobody is getting ₹15,000 off an iPhone 18 Pro.
| Key fact | What Apple India publishes |
|---|---|
| Pre-order | 5:30 PM IST, Saturday 12 September |
| Available | 18 September, stated on the India store page |
| iPhone 18 Pro, 256GB | ₹1,64,900 |
| iPhone 18 Pro Max, 256GB | ₹1,79,900 |
| Store-wide cashback ceiling | Up to ₹15,000, Ways to Buy page |
| Recorded for iPhone 18 Pro | Up to ₹7,000 instant cashback |
| Eligible cards | American Express, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank |
| No Cost EMI | Three or six month tenures |
The two cashback figures, and which one applies to an iPhone
Apple India runs a bank cashback programme across the store and states its ceiling as up to ₹15,000. A ceiling is not an entitlement, and the amount depends on the product, the card and the qualifying transaction.

The iPhone 18 Pro launch offer, as recorded alongside the No Cost EMI line for the phone, is up to ₹7,000. Both numbers can be true at once, because they describe different tiers of the same programme.
| Figure | What it applies to | Where it appears |
|---|---|---|
| Up to ₹15,000 instant cashback | Eligible Apple India orders across the store | Ways to Buy |
| Up to ₹7,000 instant cashback | The iPhone 18 Pro launch offer | iPhone 18 Pro store page |
| Up to ₹62,000 exchange credit | An eligible smartphone traded in | Ways to Buy |
| No Cost EMI, three or six months | Cards from the issuers Apple lists | Ways to Buy and the iPhone page |
| Two orders per rolling 90 days | The cashback offers themselves | Ways to Buy |
The conditions Apple attaches
Apple sets a minimum transaction of ₹10,001 for the cashback, limits customers to two orders in any rolling 90 day period, and names American Express, Axis Bank and ICICI Bank as the eligible issuers.
The offers are also exclusive. Apple states they are not available to Business customers and cannot be combined with Education or Corporate Employee Purchase Plan pricing, and that they may be revised or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
No Cost EMI, and what “no cost” covers
Apple India publishes No Cost EMI on three or six month tenures from most leading card issuers, and the iPhone 18 Pro page carries the up to six months wording.
The monthly figures Apple shows for the 6.3-inch model run from ₹26,316 for 256GB to ₹51,317 for 2TB, and for the 6.9-inch model from ₹28,817 to ₹53,817. Those figures already assume the offer, so they are not a straight division of the sticker price.
- iPhone 18 Pro: ₹1,64,900, ₹1,89,900, ₹2,39,900 and ₹3,14,900
- iPhone 18 Pro Max: ₹1,79,900, ₹2,04,900, ₹2,54,900 and ₹3,29,900
- iPhone Duo: ₹2,99,900 to start, with pre-orders on 16 October
- Apple Watch Series 12: ₹56,900 to start, on sale 18 September
The exchange figure is another ceiling
Apple India’s line is “Save up to ₹62,000.00 when you exchange your eligible smartphone”, which is the top of a range rather than a quotation for your handset.
Apple’s trade-in page in India renders no per-model values at all, so treat any specific figure as a value recorded for that phone rather than one Apple publishes.
What has not been confirmed
- The exact iPhone 18 Pro cashback tier per card. Apple names the issuers, not the amount each one pays.
- Whether the ₹7,000 figure changes after launch week. Apple reserves the right to revise or withdraw the offers.
- AppleCare+ pricing in India for any September 2026 product. Apple’s tables list the products and leave the prices blank.
- Retail partner pricing. Apple publishes only its own store, so offers at other Indian retailers are outside anything Apple has stated.
Pre-orders open at 5:30 PM IST on Saturday 12 September and the phones go on sale on 18 September. iOS 27 arrives on Monday 14 September, free, and it does not depend on which card you use.
