iPhone 18 Pro for Business: Every Price Apple Publishes Is the Consumer One

Apple has published no volume price, no business discount and no corporate price list for anything it announced on September 9. A company buying iPhone 18 Pro pays the same $1,199 that is printed on the consumer store page, and Apple routes business buyers to Apple Business Manager or to its business team on 1-800-854-3680 rather than publishing a figure.

That silence matters more this year than last. The older iPhones Apple kept are now listed $100 higher than they were on September 8, iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max are no longer sold by Apple, and the values recorded for trade-ins fell on September 9, so standardising a fleet on last year’s model is no longer the reliable saving it used to be.

The price on the store page is the price

Apple’s Store lists one set of prices for the new lineup and applies it to everyone. There is no second column for a company account, and no minimum order that unlocks a different figure on any Apple page.

ProductApple’s published US price
iPhone 18 Pro$1,199, $1,399, $1,799, $2,399

iPhone Duo$1,999 to $3,199
Apple Watch Series 12From $399
Apple Watch Ultra 4From $799
AirPods 5$129, or $149 with the Wireless Charging Case

Two caveats belong with that table. Apple publishes only starting prices for Apple Watch, not a full list by case material, size and cellular option, and the iPhone Duo range covers 256GB up to 2TB.

The routing Apple gives instead of a number

Apple’s own description of business pricing is that it depends on volume, product mix, bundled services and the reseller relationship. The published route is Apple Business Manager or the business sales line on 1-800-854-3680, and that is the whole of it.

Because Apple states no percentage anywhere, we will not print one. Any business discount figure circulating this week is a negotiated outcome someone reported, not a published Apple rate.

Every discount Apple does publish is aimed at an individual

Apple has several published price reductions running in September 2026, and each one is written for a person rather than an organisation.

  • Education pricing covers Mac and iPad. Apple’s Education Store lists iPhone 18 Pro at the same $1,199, $1,399, $1,799 and $2,399.
  • The Veterans and Military Purchase Program gives 10 percent off, verified through ID.me, and Apple states that Apple Card Monthly Installments are not available in that storefront.
  • Apple Card Monthly Installments are also excluded with the Apple Employee Purchase Plan and participating corporate Employee Purchase Programs, per Apple’s own list.
  • Apple India states that its instant cashback and No Cost EMI offers are not available to Business customers and cannot be combined with Education or Corporate Employee Purchase Plan pricing.
  • Apple Upgrade, the lease that replaced the iPhone Upgrade Program, is offered to US residents aged 18 or over with a valid SSN or ITIN and a Klarna account.

Trade-in and refurbished are open to any buyer

Apple’s published trade-in wording is a range, not a table: customers trading in an iPhone 13 or later can get $175 to $885 in credit in the US, applied instantly at purchase. Apple does not publish a per-model list, and the values recorded for individual models fell on September 9, some by as much as $120.

Apple Certified Refurbished is the other published route. Apple claims savings of up to 15 percent, a standard one-year limited warranty, AppleCare eligibility, and a new battery and outer shell on refurbished iOS devices. As of September 10 the refurbished iPhone store had no iPhone 17 generation stock at all.

The coverage a business can actually price

AppleCare One costs $19.99 a month for up to three products, with additional devices at $5.99 a month each. AppleCare One Family costs $49.99 a month, covers up to six people set up through Family Sharing, and becomes available on Monday, September 14, with six claims a year across the group.

Both are described by Apple around individuals and households. No business or corporate coverage price is published, and the per-device AppleCare+ prices for iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone Duo, AirPods 5, Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 are absent from the pages Apple serves.

What has not been confirmed

Apple has not published a volume discount, a business price list, a corporate coverage plan or an AppleCare+ price for any product launched this month. The US carriers have not published their own iPhone 18 Pro terms either, so a company weighing carrier credits against Apple’s instant trade-in credit is comparing a published number with a blank.

Pre-orders open Saturday, September 12 at 5 a.m. PT and the phones reach stores Friday, September 18. Any organisation that needs a quote has to go through Apple Business Manager or the business line before those dates, because there is no published price to wait for.
