The iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199 in the US, £1,199 in the UK and ₹1,64,900 in India, and tops out at $2,399, £2,399 and ₹3,14,900 for 2TB, according to Apple’s Store pages in each country. The iPhone 18 Pro Max adds $100, £100 or ₹15,000 at every tier, ending at $2,499, £2,499 and ₹3,29,900.
Apple sets prices market by market, so this comparison keeps every figure in its own currency and converts nothing. The US and UK figures share the same digits at every tier. That is a pricing decision by Apple rather than an exchange-rate calculation, and Apple has not published what goes into each market’s number, so the two columns should be read as two separate price lists that happen to match.

How the storage steps compare in each market
In the US the steps are $200 (256GB to 512GB), $400 (512GB to 1TB) and $600 (1TB to 2TB), for a total of $1,200 from bottom to top. The UK uses the same numbers in pounds: £200, £400 and £600, totalling £1,200. India uses ₹25,000, ₹50,000 and ₹75,000, totalling ₹1,50,000.
The ratio between the steps is 1 to 2 to 3 in all three countries, so Apple is applying the same shape of ladder everywhere. What differs is how the top tier relates to the base price. In the US and UK, the 2TB Pro at 2,399 is one unit more than double the 1,199 base. In India, ₹3,14,900 is ₹14,900 short of double ₹1,64,900 (which would be ₹3,29,800), so the 2TB model is proportionally slightly cheaper there relative to the entry model.

- UK: £200, £400, £600 steps, £1,200 total, 2TB is 2.00 times the base price
- India: ₹25,000, ₹50,000, ₹75,000 steps, ₹1,50,000 total, 2TB is about 1.91 times the base price
The Pro Max premium in three currencies
The gap between the Pro and the Pro Max is fixed within each market: $100 in the US, £100 in the UK and ₹15,000 in India, and it does not change as storage rises. Checking the Indian figures, ₹1,79,900 minus ₹1,64,900, ₹2,04,900 minus ₹1,89,900, ₹2,54,900 minus ₹2,39,900 and ₹3,29,900 minus ₹3,14,900 all come to ₹15,000.
Relative to the base Pro, that premium is about 8.3 percent in the US and UK (100 divided by 1,199) and about 9.1 percent in India (15,000 divided by 1,64,900). At the 2TB tier it shrinks to about 4.2 percent in the US and UK (100 divided by 2,399) and about 4.8 percent in India (15,000 divided by 3,14,900). Financing: 24 months, 30 months or six months
Each Store page pairs the prices with a different plan. Apple’s US release quotes $49.95 a month over 24 months for the 256GB Pro and $54.12 for the 256GB Pro Max, with no monthly figures published for the higher tiers. The UK page lists 0 percent APR over 30 months for every tier, from £39.96 a month for the 256GB Pro to £83.30 for the 2TB Pro Max. India lists up to six months of No Cost EMI, from ₹26,316 a month for the 256GB Pro to ₹53,817 for the 2TB Pro Max, plus up to ₹7,000 instant cashback with eligible cards.
Because the terms are 24, 30 and six months, the monthly figures are not comparable across countries, only within them. The Indian EMI figures match the price after the ₹7,000 cashback divided by six: ₹1,64,900 minus ₹7,000 is ₹1,57,900, divided by six is ₹26,316.67.
