Apple Watch Series 12 starts at S$599 in Singapore and AED 1,599 in the UAE, and Apple Watch Ultra 4 starts at S$1,199 and AED 3,199, according to Apple’s press releases for each country. Those are starting prices only; Apple’s Store pages for Singapore and the UAE do not show per-size, titanium, ceramic, cellular or band prices in served content.
Both countries are in the first wave for both watches. Apple’s press release lists the UAE by name among the September 18 launch countries, and Apple’s Singapore release confirms the same in-store date, so buyers there get the new watches on the same day as the US, as our Series 12 announcement roundup and Ultra 4 announcement roundup reported.

Apple Watch Series 12 price in Singapore and the UAE
Apple’s Singapore press release lists Series 12 from S$599, and Apple’s UAE release lists it from AED 1,599. In both cases that is the only Series 12 figure Apple has published; the 46mm case, the titanium and ceramic finishes and the GPS plus Cellular models are not priced in either release.

In the US the equivalent starting price is $399, which Apple’s US Store page footnote ties to the 42mm model. Neither the Singapore nor the UAE release says which size or case its starting figure refers to, so we are not assuming the same applies.
For scale, Apple’s Singapore release for the iPhone 18 Pro puts that phone at S$1,899, and the UAE release puts it at AED 5,099, so the entry Series 12 is a little under a third of the entry Pro iPhone in both markets.
Apple Watch Ultra 4 price in Singapore and the UAE
Apple’s Singapore release lists Ultra 4 from S$1,199, and the UAE release lists it from AED 3,199. Ultra 4 comes in one titanium case in two finishes, natural and black, and Apple has not said whether the two finishes are priced differently in either country.
The Ultra premium works out to S$600 in Singapore and AED 1,600 in the UAE, which in both cases is almost exactly the Series 12 starting price again. That mirrors the US, where the Ultra 4 at $799 is $400 above the $399 Series 12.
Only the US release lists a monthly option, the Apple Upgrade lease at $11.99 a month for Series 12 and $24.99 a month for Ultra 4 over 24 months. Neither the Singapore nor the UAE release mentions financing.

Every figure is a starting price from Apple’s press release for that country. Apple has not published UK prices for either watch, and none of the regional releases include per-configuration or band prices.
The Ultra 4 lands at roughly twice the Series 12 starting price in every published market, Singapore and the UAE included. Apple has not restated last year’s Series 11 or Ultra 3 prices for either country, so we are not making a year-over-year claim; in the US, both starting prices are unchanged at $399 and $799.
What you get at the starting price
Apple describes the hardware once, for the whole line, so the entry Series 12 and Ultra 4 in Singapore and the UAE have the same features as the US models. Both use the S11 chip and the Health Sensing System, with heart rate measured every 5 seconds and HRV every 5 minutes, the Readiness score from 0 to 10, and Audio Intelligence features including Live Rewind and Sound Recognition.
