Apple has published no business price, no per-device AppleCare+ figure and no carrier term for a single product it launched this month. An enterprise buyer preparing an iPhone 18 Pro order for Friday, September 18 is working from the consumer price list and a phone number.
This is not a complaint about Apple’s secrecy, it is a planning problem. Twelve specific things a business buyer would normally look up do not exist on any Apple page this week, and knowing which twelve is more useful than a guess at any of them.
| Item | What Apple publishes |
|---|---|
| Business pricing route | Apple Business Manager, or Apple’s business team on 1-800-854-3680 |
| Prices | The consumer list: $1,199 and $1,299 at 256GB, up to $2,499 |
| Trade-in | $175 to $885 in US credit for an iPhone 13 or later, applied instantly |
| Coverage | AppleCare One at $19.99 a month, AppleCare One Family at $49.99 from September 14 |
| Refurbished | Up to 15 percent off, one-year warranty, AppleCare eligible |
Pricing: there is no business number
Apple publishes no standard volume discount schedule. Its own framing is that business pricing depends on volume, product mix, bundled services and the reseller relationship, and buyers are routed to Apple Business Manager or the business sales line. That covers items one and two below.

Apple Watch is a smaller version of the same gap. Apple publishes “From $399” for Series 12 and “From $799” for Ultra 4 and no full list by case material, size or cellular option, so the exact cost of a mixed watch order is not derivable from Apple’s pages.
Coverage: two plans, and no price for the rest
AppleCare One at $19.99 a month for three products and AppleCare One Family at $49.99 a month for six people through Family Sharing are both confirmed, and the Family plan starts on Monday, September 14. Both are described around individuals and households.
The per-device AppleCare+ prices are a genuine blank. Apple’s support pricing tables carry rows for iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone Duo, AirPods 5, Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4, but the monthly and annual figures are populated after the page loads and are not in the HTML Apple serves. Apple confirms only that AppleCare+ and AppleCare One plans are available.
The carriers are the largest blank of all
Verizon’s iPhone 18 Pro page publishes a pre-order time and nothing else: no credit amount, no plan requirement, no trade-in terms, no eligibility rules. AT&T’s own deals page still leads with last generation, and its iPhone 18 Pro page carries a credit-card statement offer rather than a device promotion. T-Mobile’s pages blocked automated checks entirely.
The tiers people quote, $350, $930 and $1,200, come from Apple’s footnotes, not from the carriers. No carrier has published an iPhone Duo offer of any kind before its October 23 launch.
Repair, resale and financing
Apple does not publish a per-model trade-in table. The published wording is the $175 to $885 range for an iPhone 13 or later, and the trade-in page routes buyers to a questionnaire. Apple Certified Refurbished had no iPhone 17 generation stock as of September 10 and Apple publishes no schedule for when a model appears there. iPhone Duo screen and hinge repair pricing is not published. Financing terms for Germany and Australia were not confirmed on Apple’s regional pages.

What has not been confirmed
Apple has not said when any of the above will be published, and several items may never be. Deployment and management documentation does not appear in the launch material either, which is why this article does not describe any of it. What is confirmed is the schedule: pre-orders on Saturday, September 12 at 5 a.m. PT, iOS 27 on Monday, September 14, hardware on Friday, September 18, and iPhone Duo on Friday, October 23.
An enterprise buyer with a September 18 deadline has one published route to a quote, and it runs through Apple Business Manager or the business line rather than any page on apple.com.
