Siri AI opens in English everywhere on Monday
Apple’s Siri AI release states the beta is “rolling out with iOS 27 as a beta on Monday, September 14, for users with a supported device set to English.” That line applies equally in all six countries, since English is a selectable language on every iPhone sold in each of them.
The EU exclusion changes what October means for two countries
Apple’s own wording says Siri AI “will not be initially available in the EU in iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS.” Germany and France are both EU member states, so iPhone owners there do not get Siri AI at all on Monday, in English or any other language, and the October language list does not change that. French is one of the five languages Apple named for October, but the exclusion applies to the platform, not the language, so a French iPhone owner in France still waits on what Apple calls a “path forward,” not a calendar date.
Japan is the one country where the named language actually arrives
Japan sits outside the EU, so its iPhone owners get Siri AI in English on Monday and, if Apple keeps its October date, in Japanese from then, since Japanese is one of the five languages Apple named. The United Kingdom and Australia are also outside the EU and are English-speaking, so their Monday experience needs no October change at all.
India gets English, and Hindi is on no list
India is not named in Apple’s EU or China exclusions, so English-set iPhones there get Siri AI on Monday just as in the UK and Australia. Apple has not named Hindi, or any other Indian language, among the five languages arriving in October.

What Apple has not said
Apple has not named a time zone or rollout hour for Monday’s release in any of the six countries checked here. It has not given a date for when the EU exclusion might lift, beyond saying it is working on a path forward, and it has not said whether Hindi or German will ever join the Siri AI language list.
