Apple has not published a figure for AirPods 5 listening time with noise cancellation turned off, and it has not given a separate talk-time number. Both the $129 AirPods 5 and the $149 AirPods 5 with Wireless Charging Case carry the same battery claims in the release.
What 22 hours with the case actually means
