Apple has published no sound leakage figure for AirPods 5, in decibels or in any other form, so nobody can tell you exactly how much of your music the person next to you hears. What Apple has published is the shape of the answer: these are open-ear earbuds with no ear tips, and Apple’s own…

AirPods 5, AirPods Pro 3 or AirPods Max 2: Apple's Three Sets, Decided by What You Do
Apple’s headphone range is down to three names and four prices, and the choice comes apart cleanly by what you do rather than what you spend. AirPods 5 at $129 or $149 are the open-ear pick for anyone who wants to hear the room, AirPods Pro 3 at $249 are the only model with a…
iPhone 18 Pro's 20 Second-Wave Countries: Apple Published the Date, Not the List
Apple’s press release says iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max “will be available in 20 other countries and regions beginning Friday, September 25”. It has not named a single one of them, and it has not said when those markets can pre-order. iPhone 18 Pro reaches more than 65 countries on September 18.…
Apple India Publishes a ₹15,000 Cashback Ceiling, and It Is Not ₹15,000 Off an iPhone 18 Pro
Apple India’s Ways to Buy page advertises instant cashback of up to ₹15,000 on eligible cards. That is a store-wide ceiling across everything Apple India sells, and the figure recorded for the iPhone 18 Pro launch offer specifically is up to ₹7,000. iPhone 18 Pro starts at ₹1,64,900 in India, with the Pro Max at…
Can You Put a Screen Protector on the iPhone Duo? What Apple Says About the Folding Display
Apple has published no guidance on putting a screen protector on either iPhone Duo display, and it sells none. What it has published is exactly what the folding inner panel is built from, and that is the part of the answer worth having before October 23. The 7.6-inch inner display and the 5.4-inch outer display…
Apple Watch Price History: $399 Since Series 7, $799 for Every Ultra, and $249 for SE
Apple Watch Series 12 starts at $399, which is what Series 7 cost in 2021 and what every Series watch in between has cost at launch. Apple Watch Ultra 4 starts at $799, the same as the first Ultra in 2022, and Apple Watch SE 3 is $249, the same as the SE it replaced.…
Apple Watch Battery Life History: 18 Hours for Four Generations, 24 Now, and 50 on Ultra 4
Apple rated the Apple Watch at up to 18 hours of normal use for four straight generations, from Series 7 in 2021 to Series 10 in 2024. Series 11 moved that to 24 hours last year, Series 12 keeps it, and Apple Watch Ultra 4 is now rated at up to 50 hours. Apple Watch…
What Expires on an iPhone 18 Pro Order: Cases Can Wait, Three Other Choices Cannot
Nothing in Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro accessory line has a deadline attached to it. All six items carry fixed published prices, Apple has published no promotion on any of them, and none of them changes on Saturday, on September 18, or afterwards. Three other parts of the order do have clocks running. Apple's case prices…
iPhone 18 Pro Accessory Budget: The Two Discounts That Cover Cases, and the One Cost Apple Will Not Price
A case and a strap add $88 to a $1,199 iPhone 18 Pro, and the two published routes to paying less for that basket are not the ones people reach for. Apple’s Veterans and Military Purchase Program takes 10 percent off products and accessories, and Apple Card pays 3 percent back on purchases at Apple.…
One Wireless Charger for iPhone 18 Pro, AirPods 5 and Apple Watch? What Apple's 25W Ceiling Allows
One wireless charger cannot cover the three products Apple launched this month. The iPhone 18 Pro takes MagSafe or Qi2 at up to 25W either way, the $149 AirPods 5 case charges on Qi-certified chargers and Apple Watch chargers but is not listed for MagSafe, the $129 AirPods 5 has no wireless charging at all,…
iPhone 18 Pro Charger Prices: 10 Apple Storefronts Checked, None Lists the 60W Adapter
Apple’s fastest published charging figure for the iPhone 18 Pro, up to 50 percent in around 15 minutes, depends on a 60W USB-C adapter that Apple sells separately and has never priced. Ten Apple storefronts were checked and not one of them publishes a number for that adapter, or for the MagSafe Charger. Apple priced…
Buying iPhone 18 Pro in the UK: £1,199 Is the Whole Price, and £455 Is Apple's Only Trade-In Number
Apple UK sells iPhone 18 Pro from £1,199 and iPhone 18 Pro Max from £1,299, pre-orders open at 1:00 pm BST on Saturday 12 September, and the phones go on sale on Friday 18 September. In the UK that headline figure is the whole price, with no carrier attached to it. iPhone 18 Pro starts…
Will iOS 27 Break Your CarPlay, Bluetooth or Apps? What Apple Has Actually Changed
Apple has published no known-issues list for iOS 27, no security notes for it and no accessory compatibility page, so nothing on the record predicts a dead CarPlay connection or a lost Bluetooth pairing on Monday. What Apple has published is a short list of changes that touch exactly those areas, plus one deadline that…
Will iOS 27 Slow Down Your Older iPhone? Apple Tested Its Speed Claim on an iPhone 11 Pro Max
Apple has published nothing that says an iPhone runs slower after a major update, and there is no iOS 27 known-issues document to check against. The one published measurement that speaks directly to older hardware was taken on an iPhone 11 Pro Max, the oldest generation iOS 27 supports, and it points the other way:…
Can You Buy an iPhone 18 Pro in Store on September 18 Without Pre-Ordering?
Apple has published no walk-in policy for 18 September, and it has published no stock figures for any store, anywhere. If you want a straight answer to whether you can turn up on launch day without a pre-order and leave with a phone, Apple has not given one, and nobody else is in a position…
iPhone 18 Pro UK Trade-In: The One Number Apple Publishes
Apple has published one trade-in figure for the iPhone 18 Pro launch in the UK: customers trading in an iPhone 16 Pro or later can get £455 in credit instantly. That is the whole of it. There is no per-model UK table on any Apple page, and Apple’s own UK trade-in page shows no values…
Will Siri AI Speak Hindi? What Apple Has Published for India
Apple has published no timeline for Siri AI in Hindi, and no timeline for Apple Intelligence in Hindi either. Hindi is not among the 16 languages Apple lists, and the one dated expansion Apple has announced covers French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish in October. Siri AI arrives in beta on 14 September, in English…
iPhone 18 Pro Deals on EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three: What Has Actually Been Published
There is no carrier-by-carrier comparison to make for the iPhone 18 Pro in the UK yet, because the terms do not exist in published form. No EE, Vodafone, O2 or Three offer appears on any Apple page, and every carrier credit figure Apple does publish is attached to an American network. The iPhone 18 Pro…
iPhone 18 Pro Exchange Offer in India: How Much Apple Says You Can Save
Apple India publishes exactly one number for its exchange offer, and it is a ceiling rather than a quote: “Save up to ₹62,000.00 when you exchange your eligible smartphone.” Apple does not publish a per-model table anywhere on its Indian site, so the specific answer to what your own phone is worth is not a…
Apple Watch Ultra 4 vs Series 12 for Swimming and Diving: 100 m, 40 m Depth and What 50 m Covers
Both new Apple Watches swim. Apple rates Series 12 at 50 meters with a depth gauge that stops at 6 meters, and Ultra 4 at 100 meters with recreational scuba certification to 40 meters, and that single difference is what separates a $399 watch from a $799 one in the water. The Ocean Band in…
Apple Watch Series 6 or Older: What Upgrading Costs in 2026, and Which Watch to Pick
If you are wearing an Apple Watch Series 6 or older, watchOS 27 will not install on it on Monday, September 14. Apple’s replacement lineup is three watches: SE 3 from $249, Series 12 from $399 and Ultra 4 from $799. Apple Watch Series 12 in 42mm and 46mm, the $399 middle option. Image: Apple…

Bought together they add $304…
iPhone 18 Pro Is eSIM Only in 12 Markets: What Happens the First Time You Switch It On
In 12 countries and regions on Apple’s list, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max arrive with no SIM tray at all, so the first thing the phone asks for when it is unboxed on Friday, September 18 is an eSIM. Apple’s list is Bahrain, Canada, Guam, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia,…
How to Turn Off Liquid Glass in iOS 27: Apple Publishes a Slider, Not a Switch
There is no off switch for Liquid Glass in iOS 27. The only control Apple has published is a slider in Settings that moves the effect anywhere from ultra-clear to fully tinted, and nothing in Apple’s description of the update removes the design. Liquid Glass is drawn across the whole interface, not applied per app.…
