No. This one.

Blame JD. He posted that image first. Really mucks up my nice, neat thread on the next iPhone.
Man. I’m really mad at him…...

I agree. It’s very distracting.

Still waiting to hear if this is a double top TA pattern.

Something for the ladies….but Brad doesn’t seem happy with his cell phone. But, of course, it’s not an iPhone!

iOS 6: How many betas will there be?
At WWDC 2012, when Apple announced iOS 6 and released the first beta, they also announced that iOS 6 would ship sometime this fall. (Presumably and traditionally a couple of days before the next generation iPhone 5 ships.)

Excellent chart. Thanks. This suggests that it’s hardware driving the big bus to launch date. Certainly, iOS needs gold master, but there’s enough history to suggest that the hardware is not waiting for the software. It’s usually the latter waiting for the former.

Is this a hint of what is to come when the next iPhone arrives?
Speaking of a Lower-Priced Prepaid iPhone?3GS
Matthew Panzarino:
The iPhone 3GS is now being offered for $180 on India?s Aircel carrier, with a postpaid commitment of just $55 for a year of unlimited data. That makes the total cost for the phone $236, which is one of the lowest we?ve seen for an iPhone anywhere.

Yes, I think so. I think it’s a glimpse into the future. When the new 6th gen. iPhone comes out, the 4 becomes the free contract iPhone with carrier subsidy and the 3GS becomes exclusively a lower-margin emerging market iPhone. If that’s the strategy, the question is, when the 7th gen. iPhone comes out next year, do they keep the 3GS, replace it with the 4, or offer both at reduced margins to emerging markets exclusively?

Are you sure that isn’t the 4S? Media is gonna have a hay day. It better have a 24 hour battery, LTE, and NFC.

Dock connector, screen length, .....nope, it’s the new puppy…so they say.

The main changes that will draw iPhone 3GS & 4 users to upgrade are: larger screen, thinner chassis, LTE & overall speed. It’ll sell better than any previous new iPhone. And the iPhone 4 with Retina display for “free” at the big 3 U.S. carriers will draw new iPhone users in record numbers.
This image looks believable to me. If the rumor is true, the hardware is ready to go and waiting for iOS 6. Hopefully we see beta 4 in a few days.

I’m convinced this is what the iPhone 5 is going to look like. I prefer the white one I’ve seen on Gizmodo. Apple will sell all it can produce for at least 2 quarters until supply meets demand. Late September is my best guess, with a mid-September announcement.
So much for “doubling-down” on secrecy. I think Tim’s quote was in response to the early leaks on the iPhone 5’s design.
With a near-confirmed change in form factor and recent surveys that indicate a high percentage of current iPhone customers will upgrade, I just don’t see much of a slide in share price until the announcement, which will be THE catalyst through the end of the year, not Q4 earnings.
