    Oh well.

OK iPad, we have a chance of breaking rangebound status now.  Nice to see AAPL starting to catch up a bit with the NASDAQ.

I guess I’ll find out how much a gambler I am.  My small bet on 10 July 12th 650 calls I paid $0.33 for are positive, slightly, up 13.78 % net.

    Will I hold or fold?

Only $330 on the line but will they be worth much more next week?

There are a lot of weekly calls written at 580 and 585.  I’m guessing we hold at 580 for a while and then get stopped at 585.  There a lot of air after 585 though.  Monday?

And I sure wish the dumb bunnies (you know who you are) would stop buying their weekly lotto tickets and messing with AAPL’s share price with call walls.

Yes!  I can’t tell you how much I like that last statement.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, I’m still kind of new to option trading, but when did AAPL weeklies come into being and who made that decision? And, more importantly, what does it take for them to go away?

    It was a nice close.

Still have that rangebound feeling for the moment, but I did OK on my Sep BCS.  Small gain, but I won’t complain, hey that rhymed.

You’re a poet, and you didn’t know it.  (That rhymed too, purposely.)
