Apple says the Apple Watch Series 12 “measures heart rate every five seconds, all day long”, with 60x more frequent background heart rate readings and 24x more frequent HRV readings than Series 11. Apple Watch Readiness Arrives Monday, and the Health App That Summarizes It Has No Date

Apple Names the Readiness App on Two Apple Watch Pages and Leaves It Off the watchOS 27 List
Apple lists a new Readiness app on exactly two pages: the one for Apple Watch Series 12 and the one for Apple Watch Ultra 4. It is not in the watchOS 27 feature list Apple publishes, and Apple has said nothing about whether Series 11, Ultra 3 or Apple Watch SE 3 get it. The…

Apple Watch Readiness: Here's which score from 0 to 10 gets each verdict
Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4 both add a Readiness app, and it answers with two things at once: a single score from 0 to 10, and one of four recommendations worded Recover, Pace Yourself, Ready or Go For It. Apple’s Readiness support document, published September 14, joins them: 0 to 1…
Apple Watch Case Materials Then and Now: Stainless Steel Gone, Titanium Since Series 10, Ceramic New for Series 12

Will Your Old Apple Watch Bands Fit Series 12? What Apple Has Actually Published

Second-Generation Ultra Wideband Is on Five New Apple Spec Sheets: One Line, No Numbers
Every new Apple product announced on September 9 that has a radio list carries the same phrase, second-generation Ultra Wideband, and Apple publishes nothing else about it.
